These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vibzeo mobile application and its related services ("Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using Vibzeo, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Vibzeo. By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
To access certain features of Vibzeo, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Vibzeo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Vibzeo enables users to engage in one-to-one audio calls using virtual coins. Users can purchase coins through the app and spend them during calls, while hosts can earn coins during their sessions.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm, harass, or exploit others. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Coin Purchases: Users may purchase virtual coins through supported payment gateways. These purchases are processed securely through third-party services.
Refund Policy: All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly allowed by Techzniczone.
Earnings for Hosts: Hosts may earn virtual coins during calls. These coins are for in-app engagement and have no direct monetary value. Any promotional rewards, if introduced in the future, will follow Vibzeo’s internal program policies
Techzniczone reserves the right to modify pricing, coin values, or earning rules at any time with prior notice inside the app or on the website.
All content, branding, software, design, and materials within Vibzeo are the intellectual property of Techzniczone or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app solely for personal purposes.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of Vibzeo materials is prohibited.
During audio interactions, users are solely responsible for their behavior and communication. Vibzeo does not monitor or record calls by default but may investigate complaints or misuse in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Techzniczone reserves the right to suspend or remove users involved in harassment, abuse, or illegal activity.
All financial transactions, including coin purchases, are handled by third-party payment processors. Vibzeo does not store sensitive payment data such as card numbers. By using our payment services, you also agree to the respective terms of those payment providers.
We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access to Vibzeo if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any harmful or fraudulent behavior.
You may stop using Vibzeo at any time by deleting your account. Upon termination, any unused coins or rewards may be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
Vibzeo is provided "as is" and "as available." Techzniczone makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, security, or performance of the app. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techzniczone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Vibzeo, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Techzniczone may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and within the app. Continued use of Vibzeo after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
